During the Super Bowl press conference, Madonna answered many questions. She promised not to have a wardrobe malfunction, she praised her hard-working Midwestern father, she talked about A-Rod as a centaur—woah, okay, back it up.

Apparently, there’s a rumor that Yankees player Alex Rodriquez, whom Madonna dated, has a—well, I’ll let this radio reporter explain.

“Is it true that he has an oil painting depicting himself as a centaur, half man half horse, in his home?” a reporter asked the singer.

T-minus two days until the Madonna Bowl and, as always, the singer is entangled in some controversy.

Joe Francis, the breast-obsessed honcho of Girls Gone Wild, has sent Madonna a cease and desist letter, threatening to take legal action if she sings a song from her album titled Girls Gone Wild during her Super Bowl performance.

Madonna’s face is splashed on the colorful cover of The Advocate’s latest issue, and in the magazine, the Superbowl singer talks about her creative endeavors and how she relates to them.

Madonna said when she decided to direct W.E., it was because she felt a connection to Wallis Simpson, stemming from her move to England.

“Like Wallis Simpson, I felt like an outsider,” she told the mag. “I thought, life is so different here
Simon Cowell, you thought you were good at firing? Dig this.

Madonna admitted that although her daughter, Lourdes, was set to appear in her movie, W.E., she cut her from the final edit.

“There was a scene where she played Wally as a young girl.”

Wally refers to Wallis Simpson, a female character in the movie. And also in real life. Wikipedia it. What am I, a history teacher?
Madonna made an appearance on Anderson Cooper’s new talk show, which will air on Thursday, and the Queen of Pop revealed that she is “so nervous” to perform at the Super Bowl.

Lady Gaga would never. Just saying.

Anyways, Madonna tells Anderson, “Oh my god, I’m so nervous. You have no idea.”

Then the studio audience burst into applause after she said this, although I have no idea why. “Yeah, anxiety and nerves, I’ll clap to that,” wonders all ladies in the studio audience.

A lot of celebrities write books. Actually, too many of them. Nobody wants to read “Hooking Up with Tila Tequila” by Tila Tequila. The market is a little oversaturated right now.

That being said. There are some excellent celebrity books, like Tina Fey’s “Bossy Pants” and Alicia Silverstone’s “The Kind Diet” and then there are other celeb books that aren’t so great, like “Elixir” by Hilary Duff, but are somehow incredibly popular.

So here they are, the most successful celebrity “authors” ever. I put that in air quotes, because c’mon, nobody wants to be know as an “author” when you can be labeled a “celebrity.”

Lauren Conrad: Conrad is such a successful author she has 4 books! That’s four more than Audrina Patridge has got. Lauren wrote a trilogy of books called the “LA Candy” series, which follows the life of Jane Roberts who moves to LA for a fashion internship and ends up starring on a reality show! Gasp, this is NOTHING like the “The Hills.”
Yeah, yeah, I know what you're thinking. 'Madonna has been divorced twice and she hates hydrangeas and she has a fake British accent and she got on my nerves during that Golden Globes speech.'

But let's hear her out.

The singer, who is currently dating 24 year-old dancer Brahim Zaibat, says she thinks they key to relationships is give and take.
Somebody is definitely not a member of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Madonna was nominated against Sir Elton John at the Golden Globes last night for Best Original Song in a Motion Picture and after she took home the Globe, Elton John’s husband David Furnish WENT OFF on Facebook declaring, “Madonna. Best Song??? F-ck off!!”

That’s not all he wrote, “Madonna winning Best Original Song truly shows how these awards have nothing to do with merit.
Ricky Gervais just closed up the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards, and while he did manage to offend a slew of celebrities, he still took it down a notch. Gervais was edgy, but didn’t go over the edge. Probably because the Hollywood Foreign Press limited his time onstage. Seriously. I think we saw more cutaways to George Clooney.

Some highlights include: George Clooney having a broment with his bestie, Brad Pitt

Finally, she's said it! Madonna has beef with Lady Gaga and even though we've all been saying it for years (that Lady Gaga rips off Madonna's music, wardrobe and bizarre dialect) now Madonna has confirmed it. Sort of, kind of. Well, basically. Keep reading!
