Despite what you may have heard if you went on the Internet this morning, Macaulay Culkin is NOT addicted to heroin and also does not have “six months to Live.”
I don’t know how many months he has left to live, but it’s probably a lot more than six months. He's only 31, he's got like, a lot of months left to live.
The National Enquirer published a story claiming the actor took up heroin and a prescription drug habit after his ex-girlfriend Mila Kunis started dating Ashton Kutcher.
Blah blah blah the story goes on...here’s Macaulay’s rep to save the day.
“The report in the National Enquirer that Macaulay Culkin is addicted to Heroin and assorted hallucinogenics is not only categorically without merit, but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious,” says Macaulay’s publicist Michelle Bega.
Wow, that’s a lot of words that basically says, “Macaulay isn’t a druggie.”
His team also tells us that they “beseech the responsible media to consider the source and its reputation and to please not perpetuate this destructive and insulting story by pursuing it any further.”
The fake story alleged that “he’s addicted to heroin, oxycodone, Percocet and Vicodin,” says a source, who adds, “I have witnessed his drug taking, which has escalated over the past year and a half to the point where he needs serious help.”
The last time Macaulay was spotted out in public was in February 2012 and he DID look pretty beat up. So I can understand how the Enquirer jumped on the “does heroine” bandwagon.
But hey, I’ve seen perfectly healthy looking dudes who also looked like that, it’s called “being a hipster.”
