The partying never stops for Lindsay Lohan. This starlet has been out and about ever since she was released from rehab. The actress was spotted partying at Hollywood's latest hot spot Parc. Although she tried to be incognito, it didn't seem to work with the dozens of paps outside of the joint.

What's interesting is that the party queen is giving advice to her once BFF Britney Spears. Lohan told In Touch magazine, that all the pop princess needs to do is "take it one day at a time. Such wise words from a girl who knows it all.

Yeah, Joaquin Phoenix and Lindsay Lohan are not friends. Joaquin had made it very clear he was never even linked with her and doesn't know her. I went to elementary school with Katie Parfet and she was a spoiled little brat who made other little girls' lives living hells. She grew up in NY and her family moved to Colorado or something before high school. However, I hope she has grown up and is nicer and happier than she was at 10.

I too went to high school with Katie. However she was not mean nor was she a dork. In fact, she was a ton of fun! Honestly, we went to a very prestigious private highschool and then she went to college at SMU. She is well educated, but definently NOT a in any way a book worm. Come on, she is hanging out with Lindsay Lohan, obviously she knows how to have fun.

I know Katie from SMU, and she may be rich...but aren't we all at SMU?
