State of California, District Attorney Steve Cooley says, "Prugo... entered an inhabited dwelling house and trailer coach and inhabited portion of a building occupied by Lindsay Lohan, with the intent to commit larceny and any felony."
Prugo is accused of stealing $170,000 in designer jewelry and clothes from Lohan and Patridge.
Cops had named a second teenager in connection to the two break-ins, but no other arrests were made. Nicholas Prugo now faces two charges of residential burglary and will be arraigned Nov. 11.
Oddly enough Prugo was photographed numerous times with Lindsay while she was on set for her Labor Pains, so there was definitely a connection with those two.
Goes to prove that when you're a celebrity, you just never know who your real friends are.
