Source: Lindsay Isn't Clean Yet

Lindsay Lohan, who has a history of drug and alcohol abuse, is "tired of losing friends" to drugs.

Lindsay was in St. Barts when she found out her friend Casey Johnson had passed away so she took to her twitter account to retweet a tweet that her ex Samantha Ronson wrote.

She retweeted, "Am so sick of those 3 letters, (RIP) so tired of losing friends to something as senseless as a drug overdose. WAKE UP people.”

If anyone needs a wake up call its Lindsay! Just a couple of months ago her father Michael Lohan confessed that his daughter is still addicted to drugs--but this time its prescription medication.

According to Michael, Lindsay is reportedly addicted to a bevy of prescription drugs including Adderall (used for Attention Deficit Disorder), the anti-depressant Zoloft, anti-anxiety and bi-polar drugs.

Before Lindsay's 21st birthday she had already had 3 stints in rehab. Back in January 2007, Lindsay entered Wonderland rehabilitation center in Los Angeles. In July of 2007, she completed 45 days at Promises Rehab in Malibu and just one month later she entered Cirque Lodge rehab in Utah. But sources close to the actress tell Hollyscoop say she never really got clean.

A source close to Lindsay tells Hollyscoop exclusively, "She parties almost every night and thinks that just because she's taking prescription medication, its ok."

"You would think she would learn from the death of her friends Heath [Ledger] and Casey [Johnson], but Lindsay thinks she's young and invincible," the source added.

Her family has tried to stage an intervention several times throughout the last couple of years, but they were unsuccessful. Back in October a judge called Lindsay back to court to get a progress report on her probation, which stemmed from her 2007 DUI, and was ordered to complete her alcohol education classes by July 2010.

Hopefully someone can convince Lindsay that abusing prescription drugs is the same thing as abusing hard drugs. An addict is an addict and Lindsay needs to get help for her addiction!
