The night of Lohan's infamous DUI stint, Ronson and Lohan apparently got into a huge fight and Ronson was overheard telling Lohan to go home and get some rest.
Lohan was photographed the next night
passed out in the passenger seat of Ronson's car. The photos of her passed out were taken when Ronson stopped at a gas station, which was supposedly a scheduled photo-op.
