Lindsay Lohan's dreams of escaping jail time have officially been crushed. According to her new lawyer, Robert Shapiro, she will do time behind bars!
Shapiro, who repped O.J. Simpson, tells TMZ, "I have agreed to represent Ms. Lohan on the condition that she complies with all the terms of her probation, including a requirement of jail time that was imposed by Judge Marsha Revel."
Shapiro added, "Ms. Lohan is suffering from a disease that I am all too familiar with." The lawyer's son died of a drug overdose in 2005.
Lindsay is set to surrender herself to authorities on July 20th and will most likely serve at least 25% of the 90-day jail sentence. After jail she'll get shipped off to rehab for another 90 days. Sadly, she probably won't take jail or rehab seriously because she refuses to acknowledge the fact that she has a substance abuse problem.
