Rehab's For Quitters

Lindsay Lohan was all smiles yesterday afternoon as she enjoyed another break from rehab to get some coffee at Peets Coffee along Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, Ca.

Talking about breaks from rehab, Lohan was spotted partying with pal Paris Hilton at a Les Deux on Friday and Teddy's and Area on Saturday night. Lohan checked into rehab last month but has been spotted outside of rehab more often then inside the facilities.

She's been pissing off other residents in her rehab facility who claim she is using the premises more like a hotel than a treatment facility. Lohan's representative Leslie Sloane Zelnik slammed reports she was getting favorable treatment last week saying, "Lindsay is 100 percent not getting special treatment. This isn't the Betty Ford clinic, it's not a lock-down facility. There is personal time."
