No Jail Time For Lindsay Lohan

Phew! We thought we were going to lose another member of Hollywood High to the county jail. Actress Lindsay Lohan will not face any felony grand theft charges for stealing an ex- friends clothing. Los Angeles prosecutors say they can’t prove Lindsay walked away with the clothes and it had insufficient evidence to file charges.

According to the Associated Press, the case stems from allegations by a woman who alleged that Lohan, 20, stole a shirt and other clothing after visiting the woman's apartment while she was away for a few days. Looks like Lohan is off for now, unless the victim finds other “mean ways” to get her back.

In the meantime, Lindsay is enjoying New York City with her current flame Calum Best. The two hit club Stereo to watch her ex, Jamie Burke, perform with his band Bloody Social.

After the performance, the three of them hung out together in the club. Don’t get too excited and jump to any conclusions, Lindsay may be dating Best but it isn’t serious. According to a snitch, she’s just hooking up. Lindsay definitely needs to get a set of new friends since all her current ones are big mouths.
