Whatever happened to Michael Lohan’s fake plea about not starting an extra family drama until daughter Lindsay Lohan 'seeks help'? The ongoing court drama between Michael and Dina Lohan just got more pathetic.
According to new reports, Michael' lawyer has fired off a letter to Dina, complaining that she's shacked up with a boozing boyfriend, Jim McMillan, in the family's Long Island home while Lindsay's three younger siblings where home.
The lawyer, John DiMascio, wrote: "During my client's telephone calls with the children, he has overheard Mr. McMillan in the background making inappropriate comments. On a more disturbing note, it appears that Mr. McMillan was inebriated . . ." Michael Lohan told The NY Post.
"Jim McMillan should not be in the presence of my children - especially when I'm being kept from them. He is no example, nor is he a substitute father."
Despite earlier reports of Lindsay being back home with her family in Long Island, she is reportedly in a rehab center in Utah. Her trial is right around the corner so she better start stacking up on some stripped clothing.
