Lindsay's dad Michael is convinced that Lindsay didn't drink that night because as he told Hollyscoop, "if she was going to drink, do you really think she's have that little?" Good point!
For the first time in ages, Michael agrees with his ex wife Dina and believes the SCRAM bracelet went off because someone spilled a drink on Lindsay's leg.
"It was such a small amount of alcohol that it’s most likely that someone spilled a drink on her," Michael tells Hollyscoop.
The judge in Lindsay's case slapped her with an arrest warrant for violating her probation, and although she posted bail, she's still sticking to her original story--she was sober all night.
"My scram wasn't set off-Its physically impossible considering I've nothing for it to go off-All of these false reports are absolutely wrong," Lindsay tweeted on Tuesday.
Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley confirmed that the bracelet "indicated the presence of a small amount of alcohol on Sunday night," but was it from a drink she had or a spilled drink?
A representative for SCRAM says the bracelet can distinguish the difference between a spilled drink and consumed alcohol.
The rep told Radaronline, “the bracelet could get an alert for alcohol spilling on the bracelet. However, SCRAM can easily tell the difference between exposure to alcohol around the bracelet and actual consumed alcohol that metabolizes through the skin.
“A spill or something else in the environment with alcohol (hairspray, lotions) would create a rapid spike much faster than the body would ever consume alcohol and would evaporate and burn off much faster than the body can metabolize alcohol.”
There are so many stories about what went down that night. Who do you believe?
