Breakups are never easy, and it certainly doesn't help when your father talks about it to the press. When Michael Lohan heard about
Lindsay Lohan and
Samantha Ronson's split, he was quick to react and comment on the breakup.
Talking to
Extra, Michael said, "Breakups are never pretty and they're never easy. I'm here for Lindsay any time. I've cleared my schedule to go meet her in L.A."
Michael Lohan clears his schedule to be in LA every week but somehow we never see him make it. Talk is cheap Mr. Lohan!
Daddy Lohan added, "I hope Dina takes good care of her in the meantime. At a time like this she needs someone standing by her side. It's about time she had both parents with her, without Dina driving a wedge between us. It's time for Lindsay to resurrect her life and career."
One thing Michael Lohan is right about is that Lindsay does need her family to be by her side right now and she needs them to help her get her life back on track. She should really consider leaving the limelight for a few months.
