Michael Lohan Arrested for Threatening to Kill Fiance

Lindsay's dad Michael Lohan is officially an idiot. Apparently he was arrested last month, and it slipped by all of us somehow!

According to Page Six, Michael was arrested on April 6th for threatening to kill his fiancé Erin Muller. So much for being a man of God!

Erin must not have much regard for her own life, because she arrived with Michael to a court on Long Island yesterday.

But once his lawyer realized paparazzi were there, he yelled, “Plan two!” to his client, and Michael ran and hid in a car, while his lawyer appeared on his behalf.

If Michael is convicted, he faces a year in prison. And that’s not his only legal problem right now! Michael is due in family court today to explain why he's behind in child support by $12,000.
