Every time Lindsay Lohan gets into trouble, she starts with the blame game. She never takes responsibility for her own actions and loves placing blame on others.
This morning a judge issued a warrant for Lindsay's arrest after she decided to skip out on a mandatory court hearing to party in Cannes, France. Her excuse? Someone "stole" her passport and she couldn't make it back in time.
In her twisted head she came to the conclusion that her father Michael Lohan was behind the passport theft. "It's clearly an inside person who works with my father that has been sent to set me up," she said.
But of course Michael had nothing to do with it. He tells Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY, "I did not steal her passport," and adds that he had absolutely nothing to do with the theft. In fact, Michael showed up to court this morning to try to get the judge to order her to rehab instead of jail.
According to several outlets, Lindsay not only didn't report her passport stolen, as she claimed, but she also never even bothered to book a ticket back to LA.
The judge already issued a warrant for her arrest, and when she lands in LA on Friday, she'll be detained by customs. A rep for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection said, "Anyone who enters the country who has an active warrant in the law enforcement database will be detained by their office and local authorities will be called."
Her bail is set at $100,000 and quite frankly, we're just as tired of Lindsay's excuses as the judge is. We say send her to jail so she can learn her lesson!
