Lindsay Lohan may be clean now, but she's still considered a huge liability for production companies. Lohan almost didn't get her upcoming role in 'Labor Pains' because insurance companies refuse to cover her.
Luckily for Linds, the movie's producer Rick Schwartz managed to convince a company to insure her so she could finally get some work.
A source tells the
New York Daily News, "(Schwartz) could only find one insurance company to cover her, and even then he really had to vouch for her."
Co-producer Celine Rattray says, "We got her insured in the film, and our insurance and bond reps have also been impressed with her good behavior. Whatever personal issues she may have had in the past, it is clear to me that work is her total priority."
Lohan had two DUI's before she was even legally allowed to drink. Do you think Lindsay is clean now or is she just doing a better job of keeping her behavior under wraps?
