Lindsay Lohan's former bodyguard Andrae "Doc" Renard is suing Star magazine for an article they ran back in June of 2007.
According to TMZ.com, Doc is suing Star for running his photo with the headline, "The drugs, the guns, the wild sex and the cutting -- the man who witnessed it all reveals Lindsay Lohan's darkest moments."
The magazine got Doc confused with Lee Weaver, who was the bodyguard that spilled the juicy details about Lohan's wild escapades. Doc is now claiming that his career as a bodyguard is "irreparably damaged" as a result of the "libelous use of his photograph."
Doc was furious about the mix-up but I'm sure the money he's gonna make off his lawsuit against Star will put a smile on his face again.
