If Lindsay Lohan wants to teach you anything it should be that you should always look fabulous, even if you are in rehab. The attention lover apparently had Ken Paves send over a stylist to redo her extensions in case any photographers happen to get a ‘shot’ of her.
A insider at the salon told the NY Post, "Ken sent someone out to Utah to do Lindsay's extensions this week."
Oh and the pics of her in OK! Magazine weren’t taken by the OK! Photographers. "Someone on the premises of the rehab took pictures of her and sold them. She didn't know about it, and it was a violation," a friend said.
It’s good to hear that Lindsay didn’t in fact get those pictures taken by the OK! Magazine peeps because when I saw that magazine cover I just nodded my head and said to myself, this girl is really not getting any help if she still doing shit like that while in rehab.
