Lohan Press Conference Underway

Police Lt. Alex Padilla faces the media as he speaks about the DUI arrest of actress Lindsay Lohan.

According to new reports, Lohan's personal assistance had resigned earlier in the day. It's still unknown why Lindsay was chasing her assistant’s mother, but the woman was basically speeding to Santa Monica Police station and she called the police from her car.

When the woman and Lohan finally got to Santa Monica and got out of their cars they got into a really heated argument. That's when Lohan was given a field sobriety test and failed.

Although they originally said that Lohan was very cooperative with law enforcement, when she was taken into the station she became really erratic and "a real bitch."

This is some serious shit, Lohan is in a world of trouble. First of all she was driving with a suspended license, she had a blood alcohol level of .12 and she took cocaine into a correctional facility...which is a big NO NO!!!

Although its ultimately up to a judge to decide Lohan's fate, at this point, she is pretty much facing about a year in jail.
