Stop the press! Lindsay Lohan is hiding from the paps! The publicity hungry actress shed away from the shutter bugs as she left the gym yesterday.
Lohan is still undergoing treatment at Promises. She has about 2 weeks left in rehab so she needs to detox asap so she'll be fresh for a new round of partying in sin city for her birthday on July 2nd.
