Sounds like the vacation is over for Lindsay Lohan. The 'Mean Girl' is being sued for an undisclosed amount by freelance paparazzi Giovanni Arnold, who says he suffered "severe and permanent" injuries to his knees when Lohan hit him with her mom Dina's BMW (above picture) in NYC on March 13.
According to NY Post, Lohan's mother Dina is also named in the suit. At the time of the incident, Lindsay told cops she was pulling up to the Hotel Gansevoort at 3 a.m. trying to avoid the paparazzi when Arnold jumped on the hood. Her rep had no comment.
