Lohan Gets Sued

Lindsay Lohan’s drama is going to be far from over when she gets out of rehab. Aside from the three guys that were in the same car as Lindsay the night of her second DUI bust, a woman who claims to have been in the car that was being chased is also suing.

She says Lohan "put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life."

The lawsuit, which was filed by Tracie Rice at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, says that she was in the car driven by Lilo’s former assistant’s mother, Michelle Peck. Rice says she "was convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to outrun the pursuing car or they might be killed."

So what exactly is she suing Lohan for?

“Intentional infliction of emotional distress, and she is also seeking unspecified damages and wants Lilo to pay for medical and other expenses.”
