Lohan Drunk During Accident?

Lindsay Lohan isn’t making much money these days and it seems like she might be owing Raymundo Ortego $200,000 if things don't go her way. Ortega is suing Lohan for the car crash that occurred 2 years ago insisting Lindsay was driving drunk when she crashed her car into him on Robertson Blvd. She blames being chased by the paps, but he’s blaming the vodka she was allegedly drinking at the Ivy just minutes before.

Ortego reportedly has receipts from the Ivy indicating that there was a lot of Vodka served to her table that day. I don’t know how far he will go with that “receipt.” First off, she was at lunch with a bunch of people so she can always say that she wasn’t drinking. Secondly, what it Raymundo knows a waiter at the Ivy that just printed out a “receipt” for him? Yes it is possible to do that! I'm sure they're just gonna end up settling out of court.
