Lindsay's Wild Night Out with Sean Penn

When the cats away, the mice will play. Lindsay Lohan can deny that her and Samantha Ronson have NOT broken up all they want, but actions speak louder than words.

The couple, who had a major public fallout on New Years Eve, haven't been seen together since the start of the New Year. Lindsay and Sam are usually joined at the hip, so for them to go so long without being seen together is quite unusual.

Lohan tried to squash the breakup rumors insisting that they haven't broken up, but sources close to the couple insist "she is completely in denial about it."

Earlier this week a lonely Lindsay was spotted partying with Sean Penn. They went to Nobu in West Hollywood together, reported Celebuzz. After Nobu, they went over to newly reopened club Guy's, reports Page Six. Just last month, during another Lindsay/Sam fallout, they were spotted all over Manhattan together.

So does Sean provide Lindsay a shoulder to cry on? Doubt it, he's become quite the party boy himself lately. And we all know that's Lindsay's specialty. We'll have to wait and see how this one unfolds!
