Lindsay's Probation Report Contains

When Lindsay Lohan refused to take Judge Schwartz' proposed sentence, she pretty much set herself up for disaster.

Multiple sources confirm that the L.A. County Probation Department has a nasty report on Lindsay that will most likely land her behind bars.

Lindsay refused a plea deal because it involved jail time, and would rather take her chances and go to trial. But according to TMZ, this report contains something "shocking" and "devastating" against Lindsay. Oooh scandalous!

If Lindsay decides to fight the charge, the new Judge, Stephanie Sautner ,would use the report to determine sentencing if she decides Lindsay violated her probation. Lindsay faces more than a year in jail for the probation violation.

Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, tells TMZ, "Judge Schwartz made it abundantly clear Thursday, on the record, that the probation violation, if proven, would be based on the theft allegation and nothing more. If there was such 'devastating' information in the Probation Report, wouldn't the allegations be based on that?"

But Lindsay is dead set on rolling the dice and going to trial for felony grand theft. What do you think the "devastating" and "shocking" claims are? Take a wild guess below!
