Lindsay Lohan's old neighbors at the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood aren't exactly a fan of the actress.
Lohan lived at the Sierra Towers this past summer and neighbors tell
PageSix that
"She was a disgrace when she lived here, no respect for the other tenants. I'd be leaving for work early in the morning and I would see her staggering in drunk."
Lohan, drunk? No! Although Lilo has supposedly been sober since her third rehab stint, she was videotaped chugging down champagne straight from the bottle in Italy on New Years. Classy!
