Charlie's not the only one going to war. Lindsay Lohan's legal team is prepping to sue Kamofie & Company jewelry store for cashing in on the surveillance tape.
Lindsay's camp claims that they had no right to sell the tape (to ET for $35K!) because Lindsay never gave them the right to use her image for profit.
According to TMZ, The store sold the exclusive rights to the video to "Entertainment Tonight" for just one week and after the one-week exclusivity period, the store will make even more money when the tape is sold non-exclusively to other media outlets.
Sad part is ET probably "laid off" 30 employees to pay for that tape. It wouldn't be the first time.
Either way Lindsay is due back in court on this Thursday, March 10th for her grand theft case. Stay tuned for more deets!
