Party animal Lindsay Lohan will be turning 21 and this starlet will be celebrating the milestone in July in Las Vegas. "I'm going to milk it because it's a big birthday," Lohan revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Does this mean Lindsay will be now partying heavier because she’s legal? Lohan also revealed that she will gamble in Vegas for the first time. "I'll go and learn," she says. But partying and gambling isn’t the only way she is celebrating, expect this star to have a quiet dinner in Malibu with her family and friends. Probably before she hits Sin City and goes wild on the town.
