In typical Lindsay Lohan fashion, she's blaming everyone else for the fact that she's going to miss her court hearing today and will possibly be headed for jail.
According to TMZ, Lindsay is blaming everyone -- even her alcohol ed instructor.

She claims that he made it "uncomfortable" for her to attend the required number of classes because she claims the instructor was texting that she wanted to hang out with her.
And it doesn't end there, as for why she's stuck in France, she has a whole different list of people to blame. She reportedly sent friends an email begging someone with a private jet to give her a ride back to LA, but no one wanted to help her out.
Her court hearing is set for 8:30AM and Lindsay obviously won't be there. The judge made it crystal clear--violate the probation and you're heading to jail. We really hope the judge keeps her word!
