Lindsay Selling NY Apartment!

Times are tough, even for Lindsay Lohan!

Lindsay has decided to put her New York pad on the market. The asking price? $1.2 million!

The Atelier on West 42nd Street apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a view of the Statue of Liberty.

According to MSNBC Lindsay put a lot of work into the posh apartment with more than $100,000 worth of upgrades.

Initially, there were reports that the developers had offered her an apartment to use so the building could get some star power. Apparently, that wasn’t the case or else it wouldn’t be hers to sell.

Lindsay probably never even stayed at her own apartment. She is always seen going in and out of hotels while she is NYC with girlfriend Samantha Ronson so it might be wise to sell off the apartment.
