Lindsay Not Driving Car During Accident?

Isn't it annoying that when someone like Lindsay Lohan screws up everyone puts in overtime to try to do some damage control and try to convince the world that she's still the sweet and innocent girl she was when she played in 'Freaky Friday' or 'Mean Girls.' Don’t they get it that Hollywood has sucked her in and she's never going to be the same again?

As you all already know, Lohan failed a test for alcohol and the cops found a little sack of cocaine in her pocket. Lohan denied that she does drugs and claimed that the sack wasn't hers. Now her uncle is telling the NY Post that Lindsay "may well not have been driving the car," and "hopefully the truth will come out."

Then the uncle goes off and calls, Lindsay's former assistant, "a problem individual and Lindsay was trying to help her out."

Come on, seriously? This girl needs help and when people keep defending her she is going to go back and do the same things over and over again thinking that it's ok. I HIGHLY doubt Lindsay was trying to help anyone out but herself. It’s sad that they make everyone around them look like bad influences when in reality they are the bad influences themselves.
