Lindsay Lohan's Warrant Recalled

Lindsay Lohan is officially off the hook. A judge let her off the hook, recalling the warrant out for her arrest.

Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley went to court on her behalf in Beverly Hills today for a short hearing to resolve the "misunderstanding" stemming from Lohan's 2007 DUI arrest.

On Friday, Hollyscoop reported that the court had issued a $50,000 arrest warrant for the actress, which her lawyer said was "born out of a misunderstanding."

Apparently Lohan failed to inform the court of her reasons for missing counseling meetings, which is why the warrant was issued.

"The warrant is quashed and set aside," Judge Marsha Revel said. "I've seen additional proof ... that Lohan has been compliant with [her] program. There is no indication of dirty [drug] tests."

Lohan still has another year to go on her probation, so she better make sure she doesn't have any more slipups!
