Lindsay Lohan to Sue Over New Movie

We saw this coming a mile away—Lindsay Lohan is apparently considering suing over the movie that’s being made based on her life. Yesterday we reported that the film Dogs in Pocketbooks was based on Lilo’s life, and had already cast Lydia Hearst as the lead ginger.

According to TMZ, Linds and her mom Dina Lohan have already contacted their lawyers.

Dina says the film "is definitely based on Lindsay's likeness," and "We have a very strong case. It's shadowing E*TRADE."

Lindsay Lohan's Life Being Turned into a Movie

God, will Dina ever let that go?! She’s referring to that stupid commercial where the hot mess milk-obsessed E*TRADE baby is named Lindsay.

The Lohan's family lawyer Stephanie Ovadia has reportedly been contacted and she thinks they have a solid case. "They are again using her likeness without her being compensated."

Ovadia adds, "Not only that but they are advertising the fact that they are using her likeness."

Dina warns, "Anyone bringing negativity will be dealt with accordingly."

HA! She’s the most negative Nancy of all! I really hope they can move forward with this movie without too many lawsuits. If Law & Order can get away with ripping off every single current event out there and making an episode out of it, then they should too!

Hmmmm…I’m thinking a Lindsay Lohan-inspired Law & Order isn’t such a bad idea…
