Lindsay Lohan to Miss Vienna Opera Ball

Austrian billionaire Richard Lugner was going to pay Lindsay Lohan $150,000 to be his date to the Vienna Ball tonight and all Lindsay had to do was show up, look decent and act half way classy. But apparently he was asking for too much because Lindsay missed her flight and won't be attending the ball.

Lohan figured it would be a great idea to go on a shopping spree with the money she was about to make--but she lost track of time and missed her flight.

Lugner told Austrian media that the British Airways flight from Los Angeles to London had waited for Lohan while she was shopping but lost their patience and left without her. And she lacked the funds to hold the flight.

"She wanted to pay it, but her card's credit limit was not high enough," Lugner said of the would-be $22,000 fee.

So who will be his date tonight for the ball? He says he will take male German singer, producer and entertainer Dieter Bohlen instead.

His past dates have included Nicollette Sheridan, Dita Von Teese and Paris Hilton.

Lindsay's already unemployed and she just lost $150,000 because she was selfish and irresponsible. Good luck paying the rent this month!
