Lindsay Lohan to Get Restraining Order Against Her Dad

Michael Lohan has been in the press a lot in the last few weeks talking up a storm about his daughter Lindsay Lohan and her alleged drug use. Last week he made comments about how he would love to basically kidnap her and force her into rehab, and needless to say, those comments didn't sit well with Lindsay.

Michael told x17: "I'm going to see the judge this week. If I can't get a conservatorship, then I'm going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I'm gonna get charged with kidnapping."

And she's now looking into getting a restraining order against her father. A source told People: "Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer has already been contacted. She's scared. This is really serious."

While Michael is determined to get his daughter back into rehab, mother of the year Dina Lohan just wants him to leave her "genius" daughter alone and claims everything is just fine.

Dina told People.com: "Michael Lohan needs to focus on being a parent, paying child support, of which he is six months behind, and making up for all the years he was an absentee dad. And stop going on national television talking about his children publicly."

While kidnapping her to get her "straight" isn't the best way to go, someone really needs to get Lindsay some help. And it's definitely not going to be Dina. What do you think about the Lohan drama? Which parent has her best interest at heart? Dina or Michael?
