Lindsay Lohan Suing E*Trade Commercial

Lindsay Lohan may be a touch paranoid. The actress is suing the makers of an E*trade commercial, claiming the baby featured in the spot was based on her.

The E*Trade ads have become one of the most loved on television, featuring talking infants who are integrated into adult situations, such as flying first-class back from Vegas and trading stocks from their high chairs.

But one of the most recent spots has ticked off Lindsay. The commercial, which debuted during the Super Bowl, stars a baby named Lindsay who is a “milk-a-holic.” According to The New York Post, Lohan is suing the company for $100 million, claiming the baby was modeled after her.

Lohan's lawyer Stephanie Ovadia said in a statement, “Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”

An E*Trade spokeswoman says the company simply “just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”

Wow you have to be friggin kidding me!! Lohan should be counter sued for stupidity. Just because her first name happens to be the same does not give her the right to sue. otherwise if it were, then anyone that uses a name for anything could be sued since all names are in use by someone (even famous). As far as close, its a kid wearing kids clothes!!! If lohan is still wearing those threads maybe she should rethink her wardrobe?

First off, I didn't realize Lindsay had her name copyrighted; secondly, there is only one word I can think of when I think of Lohan and that's TRAINWRECK. This is the dumbest lawsuit I have ever heard of. Lohan is DEFINATELY out for publicity!! First, the baby does NOT have red hair AND the baby in the background is a boy!!! Well, in Linsday's defense, that reference does seem to be directed at her. Also, check out the shirt the baby is wearing. That does look like something she would sport when hanging out with Sam.
