It didn’t take long for
Lindsay Lohan to speak about her latest antics. The actress has gone on the record about her DUI arrest to
Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush.
When Billy e-mailed Lindsay asking if everything was ok and if there was anything she wanted him to get out there for her, she responded, "
Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."
Innocent? That’s a way to get out of a situation flip the story or enter rehab. We are confused, where does innocence stand when someone is arrested for possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license? Last that we checked that’s a crime not a trend.
However there is some twist to this story.
TMZ is reporting that Lindsay may not have been chasing a car at the time of her
arrest. According to sources close to the actress, both Lindsay and the mother of her former assistant were being chased in an "unsafe and threatening" manner. No word on who was chasing them, however we are pretty it wasn’t the paparazzi. If it was, we are pretty sure the pictures and video would be flowing all over the internet.
