Lindsay Lohan is scheduled to appear in court today, and photographers have already started lining up to catch her entering the building.
According to TMZ, Lindsay was scheduled to appear early this AM, but in true form, she hasn't showed up yet.
Yesterday she was ordered by a judge to appear before her to check up on her progress. The Right On Program notified the judge that Lindsay had not been adhering to the requirements of the program, which she enrolled in after her 2007 DUI.
Lindsay took a leave of absence from the program so she could take a job out-of-state. She still has 6 weeks left unfinished in the course.
Ironically, Lindsay showed up to class yesterday afternoon, which she most likely did in order to save face.
We’ll keep you updated as Lindsay arrives to court. She’s scheduled to show up with her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.
UPDATE: "If someone doesn't hurry up and get here I might kill someone," Judge Marsha N. Revel joked. "She should be here now."
UPDATE 2: Lindsay just showed up with her lawyer dressed in a conservative outfit. She showed up at 10:02AM PST. She was supposed to be there at 8:30AM.
UPDATE 3: Judge Revel sternly warned the actress, "I ordered you into court today because I wanted to speak to you directly. I don't want to get any more notices again [that you might be in violation of probation], no warrants ... where you're thumbing your nose at the court."
UPDATE 4: Lindsay's probation was extended another year. She won't get any jail time (of course!) and the Judge is allowing Lindsay to go to New York and another progress hearing has been set for December 15.
