Lindsay Lohan Released from Jail

Lindsay Lohan is a free woman again--sort of. After serving just 13 days behind bars, Lilo was released from the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., around 1:35 a.m. Monday.

But instead of celebrating her release, she's already off to rehab. Lindsay will do her 90-day mandatory rehab at UCLA Medical Center, according to TMZ.

She was originally supposed to go to Morningside Recovery, despite the fact that the two court appointed psychiatrists along with other medical professionals were not recommending that facility.

The judge finally decided that UCLA would be a better suited for Lindsay's psychiatric and drug problems.

According to TMZ, Lindsay will not be in the psych ward, but rather this is an "intense specialized program to deal with psychological as well as addiction problems."

After she completes treatment, she will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing until Aug. 2011. Let's hope she takes rehab seriously this time around.
