Lindsay Lohan Punch Victim Lawyers Up

When it rains, it pours for Lindsay Lohan

In the aftermath of the headlining-blazing altercation that went down at a New York City club, Tiffany Mitchell—the palm reading lady who was allegedly sucker punched by the troubled actress—is seeking legal advice. The attorney at hand: the infamous Gloria Allred.

A subtle, yet fierce report by E! News, reveals the latest in what looks like is going to be yet another dragged out legal dispute for the “Liz & Dick” star.

According to the story, Gloria Allred, who the entertainment news outlet has properly dubbed a “media-savvy pit bull attorney,” met with Mitchell in New York on Friday.

The dynamic duo was spotted leaving an office building. While it’s unclear as to the reasoning behind the not-so-chance encounter, it can only be guessed that Mitchell is prepping to lay the courtroom smack down on the starlet.

As we previously reported, Lindsay was arrested and booked for third degree misdemeanor assault at Club Avenue early Thursday morning.

Mitchell’s husband has already gone on the record with a sob story, telling ABC News she is "aggravated" and "all swollen" in the wake of the alleged altercation.

You may recall Allred’s name relating to the John Travolta sex scandal from earlier this year, where she hopped from Joe Doe to John Doe in the ever-unraveling case against the Grease actor.

More recently the headline chaser repped Jill Kelley’s twin sister, Natalie Khawam, in the drama involving Gen. David Petraeus.

In other legal Lindsay trouble news, she is also being sued by the Lifetime network for breach of contract for driving (and crashing) her car while filming “Liz & Dick.”
