After arriving to late to court, Lindsay Lohan faced Judge Schwartz once again in regards to her felony grand theft charge.

Here's the breakdown:

Judge Schwartz scheduled another court appearance for Lindsay on April 22, 2011 at 9:00AM. If she decides to plead "guilty or no contest," she'll have to show up on March 25, 2011 and tell the Judge in person.

“Ms. Lohan you’ll be ordered to appear on the stand on that day,” he said of the April 22nd court date. "The probation of violation case will be heard concordantly."

Judge Schwartz informed Lindsay and her lawyer Shawn Holley that they'll meet with another Judge, Stephanie Sautner, and "One, she’ll hear the new evidence and secondly, she’ll be determining if you’re in violation of probation."

Both of those will be done at the preliminary hearing.

The Judge seemed really pissed off about media outlets getting leaked information about the hearing.

"I don’t understand how they get this information. I don’t even tell my wife what’s going on. I don’t understand how they find out. It’s not fair to either side to have this information leak out. Try to keep whatever offer I give confidential," he told both parties.
