Lindsay Lohan Moves Out of Rented Home

Lindsay Lohan is so distraught from the break in at her rented home that she's packed her bags and is moving out for good.

Lindsay was seen leaving the house with boxes of personal items on Tuesday and a moving company showed up to clear out the rest.

She says she felt violated after a burglar broke into her house 10 days ago and she doesn't feel comfortable living there anymore. Only problem is she still has a few months left on her lease, so the early move is going to cost her big time.

A source tells RadarOnline.com, "Lindsay has five months left on her lease. She's breaking her lease by moving on at this time. The property was up for rental at $15,000 per month but she got a special deal of $10,000 per month, meaning she's going to owe $50,000 on the remainder of her lease.

"Plus there's going to be damages, the property is in total disrepair since she's moved in, it's not able to be shown in it's current state, it's going to take some serious work to get it back to it's original condition.

"If she doesn't pay up on the remainder of her lease, and pay up for the damages she has caused the property owner is going to sue her. They are not happy at all about the situation."

Good news is Lindsay's going to make $900,000 after she strips down for Playboy so she can afford to pay the extra $50K.
