Party queen Lindsay Lohan packed her bags and said goodbye to the Cirque Lodge this morning.
Lohan was picked up from rehab in a silver Hummer by her father Michael. Let's hope third times the charm.
Update: TMZ is reporting that Lindsay is in fact still in Utah for the remaining of this week for family therapy but will be returning to LA soon to get needed dental work done.
