Lindsay Lohan Leaves Hotel With Someone Else's Kid

Lindsay Lohan is full of surprises…

Amid the drama that’s followed Lindsay on her recent trip to the Big Apple, a new sighting shows the actress playing a brand new role: Mom. Either that, or kidnapper…

Photos show Lindsay leaving the Bowery Hotel in New York City, with a mystery child in her arms.

The kid is a wide-eyed, brown-haired child, about four-years-old. He sports an jacket with an Olympics logo on it and appears to be enjoying his time with the Parent Trap star, smiling as the duo walks into the flashing camera lights.

Lindsay wears a white, collared-dress and a black trench coat. Trekking close behind is Lindsay’s friend Domingo Zapata, also with a child in his arms.

The actress made her way out of the hotel and into an idling SUV. The sighting took place around 7 p.m. on Thursday.

This family friendly new appearance might be an extra effort to prove to onlookers that she is a responsible and well-behaved person.

After her arrest on Wednesday morning, she could use all the good press that she can get…

Lindsay was charged with allegedly hitting a pedestrian while parking her car at The Dreams Hotels in NYC. Since the incident, surveillance video possibly backs the claim of the accuser, now being identified as Jose Rodriguez, 34.

Black-and-white video shows the a Porsche SUV, reportedly driven by Lindsay, pulling into a driving alley, with a group of club goers are blocking her path. The group – collectively too cool for school – were oblivious to the car as it edged by them.

Though it was for sure a close call, it is pretty unclear whether or not Lindsay actually struck anyone.

Lindsay rep previously released the following statement to Hollyscoop:

"While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue."
