Lindsay Lohan Lawsuit Still On

Despite rumors circulating the net, Lindsay Lohan's civil suit from 2005 has not been dropped!

Initial reports claimed that Raymundo Ortega filed a "notice of entry of dismissal and proof of service" in California Superior Court; seeking to drop a lawsuit he filed against Lohan.

According to TMZ, the attorney only dismissed his case against Crossheart Productions, Lindsay's production company. She is still a defendant in the suit, along with the Ivy restaurant for negligence saying that Lindsay had been drinking before her black Mercedes hit his car. He sought $200,000 in damages.
