Lindsay Lohan is Not HIV Positive

Michael Lohan’s twitter account was hacked this morning, and whoever did it has a really sick mind. A series of tweets went out claiming that Lindsay Lohan had had an affair with music mogul Tommy Motolla, and that she was HIV positive.

The tweets read: “It’s time you learned the truth. The truth about Tommy Motolla engaging in an affair with my then-17 year old daughter,” followed by “the truth about my daughter living with HIV for the rest of her life as a result of the decisions she has made.”

But Hollyscoop can confirm EXCLUSIVELY that these statements are untrue. We spoke with Michael on the phone this morning, and he sounded extremely upset about the hack and the harmful statements.

"Someone hacked into my account," Michael told Hollyscoop. "There's an investigation going on now to find out who it was...I'm going to press charges as soon as I find out," he added.

It’s unknown at this time who got into his account and wrote the horrible messages, but there is a criminal investigation going on right now and Michael told us he will press charges for identity theft.
