Lindsay Lohan Gets Served!

Lindsay Lohan recently got served with court documents at an event in Beverly Hills. As she was strutting her stuff down the red carpet she was presented with papers and at first believed it to be a request from a fan. When she discovered the true nature of the document, she was visibly shocked. Lohan’s mother Dina Lohan is accused of theft and fraud relating to a 2002 music deal.

An onlooker said, “Lindsay was absolutely horrified and threw the papers on the ground”. Talk about an awkward moment!

Meanwhile, the 20-year-old actress has expressed interest to take time off from her hectic Hollywood career to see the wonders of the world. She said: "I might take a vacation. Take a year off. I want to travel and learn more about other cultures. The more I've grown up the more I want to do that. That means more to me than going to clubs every night. "

Speaking of partying, Lindsay claims that she isn’t partying too hard. Lindsay insists she doesn't go out anymore than other girls her age and would slow down if her mother Dina told her to. She said: "It's up to me and my mom to decide if I am partying too much. I'm an angel compared to some of my friends. "
