Lindsay Lohan thinks she's above the law and can do as she pleases, but a Los Angeles judge has finally put her on check.
Lindsay got a DUI back in August 2007 but never bothered to complete her alcohol education classes.
She was placed on three years' probation as part of her sentence, but was accused of violating the terms of the agreement by only attending 15 of the 26 alcohol education classes and 13 of the 28 self-help sessions she needed to complete.
A judge was unhappy with her progress so she ordered her back in court in October to make sure she was still planning on finishing the courses. But after a hearing this afternoon, she was ordered to complete her alcohol education classes by July 2010.
Lindsay just got back from India and after "saving 40 lives," so she was too exhausted to show up to court. She was represented by her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holly. Will she actually complete the court ordered classes? Doubt it, but we’ll keep you updated!
