Lindsay Lohan DUI Update

According to new reports, Lindsay Lohan had been partying at SkyBar and Les Deux the night of her crash. Her bodyguard was driving her around and finally dropped her back off at home at 5am.

At 5:30am she got back in her car with 2 other adults and headed towards Beverly Hills when she lost control of her car and crashed. Note: Lindsay crashed her car literally about 5 blocks from her house. I'm wondering where in the world she was headed to at 5:30am.

Lohan's facing some serious charges when she finally goes to court. In addition to being a minor driving under the influence, it didn't help that cocaine was also found in her car. I'm guessing she's not gonna get off easy considering they didn't let Paris off the hook.

Her people are probably just going to force her to go to rehab again so it looks good for publicity reasons, she'll cry on TV and apologize, and be back in the game in less than a month. So sad what Hollywood can do to a young actress.

Lindsay needs to get some true friends that look out for her, protect her, and gaurd her from all the bad things she's involved in. Not to mention from the paparazzi...a true friend would have covered her face when she was passed out in the front seat of a car!

Shes pathetic. The saddest part is people still idealize her... she doesn't have the life all teenagers want, shes a mess. I hope next time she crashes her car(which will be in the next few weeks on the rate shes on) she knocks some common sense into her head and grows the fuck up.

She needs to be charged with underage drinking, minor in possesion, reckless endangerment, leaving the scene, the damage she did to the public area, etc. Throw the book at her - it might save her life! Her bodyguard and friend need to be charged for helping her and serving her knowing she is underage. (we would be) Hollywood needs to be treated just others when it comes to the law.

robin, no she was on the way home and it was only 2 to 5 blocks away and somehow she was out of control and hit the curb between the tree. thank god she fine a lil injured on her upper chest. but she stupid to be drunk and driving. she had to learn her lesson and she need to stay away from neg ppls who around her.
