Lindsay Lohan Due in Court Today

Lindsay Lohan is set to make an appearance in court this morning for violating her probation, and after what she pulled last week, we realllllly hope the judge doesn't go easy on her.

LiLo skipped court last week to party it up in Cannes, France and got a warrant issued for her arrest. Unfortunately, someone coughed up the $10,000 for her bail and she landed in L.A. and went on with her life.

Lindsay's Friends: She Can't Quit Drugs

She reportedly tried to attend one of her mandatory alcohol education classes but the class "couldn't accommodate her," reports TMZ.

The unsympathetic judge has reportedly postponed her own vacation so she can be in court today. She heard the judge that was going to take over wasn't going to require Lindsay to wear a SCRAM bracelet to monitor alcohol consumption, and submit to random drug testing at least once a week.

Hopefully the judge will think Lindsay violated the terms of her probation, revoke her bail and put her in jail. Fingers crossed!
