Lindsay Lohan Arrested for DUI

Party queen Lindsay Lohan has already fell off the wagon. It hasn't even been two weeks since the starlet was released from rehab and she's already relapsed.

Lohan was arrested in Santa Monica, California in the early hours of Tuesday morning for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. Cops stopped Lohan at 2:15 a.m according to TMZ.com.

Lohan was popped for possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license. Sources say her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit

This is Lohan's second DUI arrest in less than 3 months. Her first DUI was in May, and she is due back in court on August 24 to face charges of misdemeanor hit and run and having a blood alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent.

A press conference is expected to confirm the reports. Story developing...

Lindsay has amedical problem called addiction.Rehab is never going to work unless she gets the hell out of LA and completely changes her friends that use. Partying as soon as you get out of rehab is like walking into the lions den. Good luck to her and blessed Be

That bracelet was nothing but a gimmick. This girl has totally screwed up. She can forget about her career. No producer, director or even fellow actors are gonna want to deal with her nonsense. And it's going to be impossible to get her insured now. And it's sad because she's one with real talent. Paris, Nicole , Kim K are not even in her league talent wise. And now she does something like this!!!

WHen she first stepped out with the ankle bracelet, I thought to myself, I am sure that thing isn't really turned on. She must take it off when she is out and about. Umm by the look of how things ended, I think I am almost right.
